Choate Tennis traditionally begins the spring season with a trip to warmer climes during the school's March vacation. In recent years, the team has spent time in southern California as guests of Charles Pasarell '99 and his family at the Pacific Life Open. (The tournament features all of the top men and women players in the world competing at the spectacular Indian Wells Tennis Garden.)

The squad has also trained at Saddlebrook Resort just north of Tampa, Florida.
